RVDA of BC Update

In September, the RVDA of BC annual AGM and the 28th annual Fun-Raiser Event were held at The Four Points Sheraton Kelowna and the Okanagan Golf Club. All attendees had a wonderful time, and partial proceeds from our live and silent auctions will be presented to Canuck Place Children’s Hospice. We sincerely thank all participants and sponsors for making our event a tremendous success and allowing us to realize our $100,000 commitment to Canucks Place.
We want to take this opportunity to congratulate Murray Sullivan, of SMP RV, Houston, BC, on receiving the 2022 RVDA of BC Dealer of the Year Award. Murray’s commitment to the growth of the RV industry in BC, his ten years of voluntary service on the RVDA of BC board and his support of his community all contributed to naming Murray as this year’s winner. The award was presented to Murray at our AGM on September 7, 2022.
This year, a new award was added for RVDA of BC Associate Member of the Year. Nominations came from the membership. Congratulations to Tracey McRae, of TD Auto Finance, Nanaimo, BC, for winning the first annual Associate Member of the Year Award. It was very well deserved.
