Kirk Thomson named ORVDA Dealer of the Year 2016

Kirk Thomson, of Can-Am RV Centre, Lambeth, Ontario, one of Canada’s best-known RV dealers, was named 2016 Ontario RV Dealer of the Year at the ORVDA Annual General Meeting, held August 9, 2016, at Pike Lake Golf Centre, in Clifford, Ontario.

Herb Cowen, ORVDA President, congratulated Kirk on his many years of dedication to the Ontario RV Dealer’s Association, and his many charitable activities, including the Rotary Club, Bethany’s Hope Foundation, McNally House Hospice in Grimsby, and Matthews Hall School.

Kirk and his brother Andy Thomson have grown up in the RV dealer sector, and they have substantially expanded the family RV dealership since 1992, while tirelessly contributing to the efforts of ORVDA.

Herb cited Kirk’s 12 years on the ORVDA Show Committee, crediting Kirk’s experience and guidance as essential factors in the development of the very successful ORVDA RV Shows.
