Toronto Fall RV Show & Sale

The Toronto Fall RV Show & Sale took place against a backdrop of continued economic uncertainty, which continues to influence consumer confidence and purchasing decisions. In response, ORVDA expanded its media presence and introduced engaging content designed to attract visitors and enhance the overall show experience.
Overall attendance was largely consistent with the previous year, with unit sales producing similar results, despite a more cautious consumer buying environment. The show maintained steady activity on the floor and continued to provide valuable opportunities for consumers to connect with RV dealers and exhibitors.
Visitors were introduced to an impressive selection of first-to-market 2027 models, new brands, and first-time exhibitors at the Toronto Fall RV Show. The event also featured an extensive selection of new, non-current model-year RVs, offering consumers an opportunity to recognize exceptional value and take advantage of purchasing opportunities as they prepare for the remainder of 2026 and the 2027 RV and camping season.
Technical Training – Propane
ORVDA’s RV1 and RV2 Propane Training and Certification programs are scheduled to take place in late November and early December. Registration for both the November RV2 and December RV1 courses sold out quickly.
In response to the tremendous registration interest and continued industry demand, ORVDA has added a second series of RV1 and RV2 Propane Training and Certification programs to its early 2027 training calendar. ORVDA continues to promote these programs and encourage enrolment.
Upcoming November/December 2026 Training:
- RV2 Training & Certification: Peterborough, ON | November 24–27, 2026 (Sold Out)
- RV1 Training & Certification: Beamsville, ON | December 1–8, 2026 (Sold Out)
Newly Scheduled 2027 Training:
- RV1 Training & Certification: Owen Sound, ON | January 8–15, 2027
- RV2 Training & Certification: Oro-Medonte, ON | January 19–22, 2027
These additional programs reflect ORVDA’s ongoing commitment to providing accessible technical training and certification opportunities to support the professional development and safety standards of Ontario’s RV industry.
2026 ORVDA AGM and Golf
The 2026 ORVDA Annual General Meeting took place on August 19 at Horseshoe Valley Resort, approximately 90 minutes north of Toronto. Returning to its familiar format, the event featured the morning AGM followed by an afternoon of golf, bringing together RV dealers, associate members, and industry partners for a day of association business, networking, and recreation.
Attendance increased modestly over the previous year. The AGM program included a review of the Annual Report, the Association’s activities and priorities for the fiscal year, and presentations from industry partners.
Proceeds from our AGM Grand Prize draw once again supported Campfire Circle, an organization that provides year-round camp-style programs for children and families affected by childhood cancer and serious illness. ORVDA is pleased to continue supporting this very necessary cause.
A special highlight of the day was the presentation of the 2026 ORVDA Awards of Excellence.

Congratulations once again to John Petrie of Niagara Trailers, recipient of the 2026 ORVDA Dealer of the Year Award, and Rob Down of Atlas Trailer Coach, recipient of the 2026 ORVDA Associate of the Year Award. Both John and Rob are long-time supporters of the Ontario Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association and have made significant contributions to the growth and success of our industry. Equally deserving of recognition is their ongoing commitment and support of the communities in which they live and do business. ORVDA is proud to recognize their contributions and congratulate them both on these well-deserved honours.
ORVDA Leadership

As many members are aware, Natalie Conway concluded her tenure with ORVDA in late August. Since joining the Association in 2013, Natalie played an important role in its growth and development, contributing significantly to the strong organization ORVDA is today.
We sincerely thank Natalie for her years of dedication, commitment, and contributions to the Association. We wish her every happiness and continued success in the next chapter of her career. Following Natalie’s departure, the Board of Directors is actively working toward recruiting a permanent successor to the position.
In the interim, Kim Bryant, Office & Accounting Manager, and Michelle Jackson, Project & Administrative Coordinator, continue to provide strong support in ensuring that ORVDA’s programs, operations, and responsibilities proceed smoothly and effectively. Maintaining continuity of service, supporting our members, and delivering meaningful membership benefits remain the Association’s foremost priorities.
