Curt MFG has won a Global Media Award for their Echo Mobile Break controller at the SEMA show in Las Vegas, NV.

Curt MFG, a leading manufacturer of USA-made hitches and a long line of towing products, designed the Echo for the modern age.  Turning the driver’s smartphone into the interface of the brake controller, the Echo connects to the phone via Bluetooth and uses a dedicated app, dubbed “Echo Smart Control app,” to monitor all trailer brake activity and configure the brake.

The Echo plugs in between any standard seven-way RV blade trailer wiring connection and the vehicle.  It can store multiple vehicle-trailer profiles, making transferring between towing setups a breeze.

The International News Media Association (INMA) is the world’s leading provider of global best practices for news media companies. It awards companies for breakthrough results, unique concepts and innovative thinking. CURT received a 2018 Global Media Award from the INMA for the Echo™, calling it one of the best products at this year’s SEMA Show. It was chosen based on its level of international consumer appeal.
