Howe, IN, September 27, 2022 – Cruiser RV, in partnership with Suburban, an Airxcel brand, unveiled an exclusive line of the industry’s first air fryer range in all Cruiser RV models, at the THOR Dealer Open House.
The popularity of air fryers has grown exponentially over the last decade, offering health-conscious home cooks a way to create crunchy foods without requiring a deep fryer.
The new air fryer range uses convection heat to create crisp exteriors on food in the oven, with little to no oil necessary. It also helps save space in an RV, rolling the air fryer technology into a standard appliance so campers don’t have to fuss with packing an additional piece of equipment.
“We’ve taken the magic of an air fryer and added it to our existing RV ranges, giving campers the features of a secondary appliance in the convenience of one they already use,” said Mel Mattix, VP of Purchasing, for Cruiser RV, Heartland RV and DRV Luxury Suites. “The air fryer oven allows cooks to make next-level meals at home, but also improves the texture and flavor of frozen food, making it the perfect travel accessory.”
The air fryer ranges also include high-end features like gas cooktops that offer precise temperature control, cast iron grate details, backlit control panel knobs for easy visibility, and a removable mesh frying tray and drip pan to make cleanup quick and easy. They’re the latest addition to Cruiser RV’s lineup of select features that enhance the RV experience while keeping trailer dry weights low for easier towing.
The Suburban air fryer ranges are exclusive to Cruiser RV and were on display at the 2022 Elkhart RV THOR Dealer Open House.
