Châteauguay, Quebec-based Enterprise Robert Thibert Inc. announced that the company has acquired Hitchco Distributors Ltd., doing business as 5 Seasons Distribution, on May 2.
The acquisition of Hitchco/5 Seasons is said to represent a step toward Robert Thibert Inc.’s “mission to consolidate our position in the Canadian market” and grow its sales footprint across Canada.

Located in Pitt Meadows, BC, 5 Seasons Distribution is a large trailer parts and accessories distributor. The acquisition brings Robert Thibert Inc. a warehouse in Pitt Meadows, and another in Edmonton, Alberta.
