Venture RV, a division of KZ Recreational Vehicles headquartered in Shipshewana, Indiana, was recently awarded a number of 2020 RVDA Quality Circle Awards. Its entire line was recognized, including Sonic Lite/Sonic, Stratus and SportTrek/SportTrek Touring.
The announcements were made by Chris Andro, chairman of the board of the National RV Dealers Association, who explained, “The DSI Quality Circle Awards recognize top-rated manufacturers in several important areas of dealer and customer support.”
Dealer levels of satisfaction ratings are based on several support criteria, including parts, reliability/quality, warranty and sales. Dave Boggs, Venture general manager, said, “I couldn’t be more proud of everyone connected with the design and construction of our products; Venture’s commitment to innovation, quality and customer service really shows.”
