The Atlantic RV Dealers Association held it’s 2024 Annual General Meeting and Conference on October 28 and 29 at the Canvas Tapestry Hotel by Hilton, in Moncton, NB.
This year we were excited to have representation and participation from all 4 Atlantic Provinces, which included 16 Dealerships.

Monday, October 28
Monday’s event kicked off with powerful keynote presentation from Gardiner MacDougall, JGS – Building High Performance Culture .
ARVDA’s 2024 Annual General Meeting took place on Tuesday morning and featured a jam-packed agenda. President Ken Dobson reviewed an annual update from RVDA of Canada. Incoming President Chardell Brydon, presented Ken Dobson with an award in recognition for his 2 years of service as ARVDA President. Congratulations to Matthew Hambly who was newly elected as Vice President.
On Tuesday we had presentations from Vision coaching. Dave Veale gave a presentation on “using the coach approach to empower people” and Peter Stoddart gave a presentation on “how to have difficult conversations” . The afternoon finished off with a presentation on “Ransomware Readiness” from Jason MacDonald at CGI.
