Awaken RV Expands Manufacturing Capabilities through Strategic Partnership with Patrick Industries
New partnership forged with Baymont Composites positions AWAKEN RV for production, scale, and long-term growth in molded-fibreglass RVs
APPLE CREEK, OH —October 12, 2026 – While much of the RV industry is pulling back, Awaken RV is pushing forward – elevating production capacity to meet growing customer demand. Today, Awaken RV announced a strategic manufacturing partnership with Patrick Industries, one of the most experienced and diversified manufacturing organizations serving the recreational vehicle industry.
The agreement marks an important milestone for Awaken RV, providing the manufacturing
foundation to accommodate rising demand while advancing its vision for a new generation of molded-fibreglass travel trailers.
“We didn’t start Awaken RV to fall in line with the rest of the market,” said Scott Hubble, founder of Awaken RV. “We started because we believe there is a better way to design, build, and experience an RV. That requires conviction, especially when the market is difficult. We believe challenging times are when serious companies make serious investments in their future.”
A Partnership Built on Proven RV Manufacturing Expertise
Patrick Industries brings decades of industry experience and a diverse portfolio of manufacturing capabilities. Through Baymont Composites, Awaken RV will benefit from specialized fibreglass and composite expertise, supported by a track record of producing components for established RV manufacturers.
Patrick’s Mississippi operations include facilities with a longstanding connection to Tiffin
Motorhomes’ vertically integrated manufacturing system, where fibreglass components were produced for its motorhomes. That composite manufacturing operation is now part of Patrick Industries and operates as Baymont Composites.
Patrick also operates Prestige Painting in Belmont, Mississippi. Originally a cornerstone of Tiffin Motorhomes’ paint operation, the facility has evolved into a large-format RV finishing centre with extensive painting and finishing capabilities.
Together, these resources offer AWAKEN RV access to specialized composite knowledge,
established production processes, and the infrastructure to support everything from component manufacturing, shell assembly, and final paint finish.
Built for Growth. Designed for the Long Term.
As the RV market navigates ongoing challenges, Awaken RV is taking a long-term approach to growth. The partnership enables the company to draw on Patrick’s established infrastructure and expertise while concentrating on product development, innovation, population, and building the customer experience.
“As much as this decision helps address the overwhelming demand we’ve experienced, we’re not interested in simply chasing short-term volume,” said Hubble. “The mission has always been to build a great company, a great community, and a great product that can still be standing decades from now.”
By pairing Awaken RV’s product vision with Patrick Industries’ manufacturing experience and Baymont Composites’ specialized capabilities, the partnership establishes a platform for sustainable growth. More importantly, it reinforces AWAKEN RV’s commitment to building exceptional travel trailers and a company designed to stand the test of time.
A Different Kind of RV Company
Awaken RV believes the future of the industry will belong to companies that are willing to
challenge conventional thinking.
That means designing products differently.
Building differently.
Partnering differently.
And refusing to accept that “the way it’s always been done” is good enough.
The partnership with Patrick Industries is another step in that direction.
