Elkhart, IN. September 29, 2026 – The RV Women’s Alliance (RVWA) hosted its annual RV Dealer Days Breakfast on Tuesday morning, bringing an energetic and enthusiastic tone to the week’s events.

More than 160 attendees gathered before sunrise in the Lippert building, on the grounds of the RV/MH Hall of Fame in Elkhart, IN.
The morning program started off with a special welcome from Susan Carpenter and Tracy Anglemeyer, who described the progress on the “Chassis to Classy” project, and invited everyone to view the trailer, which was proudly displayed at the THOR Open House exhibit at the RV/MH Hall of Fame. They also focused on the upcoming RVWA Educational Symposium, to be held in Chicago, October 14 – 15, 2026.

Susan Carpenter introduced Jennifer Pendley, who joined the RVWA Board on January 1, 2026, bringing extensive expertise and committment to advancing the RV Women’s Alliance’s mission to elevate, educate, and promote women in the RV industry, while expanding the Foundation’s impact through scholarships, professional development, and charitable initiatives.
Susan acknowledged Jennifer’s achievements and her accomplishments with the RVWA Charitable Foundation.
Jen also serves as the Board Chairman for United Way, and was recently named to the Emerging Leader Coalition for the RV Industry Association, as well as being active in their programs and committees.
“We are excited to have these talented people on our boards to help drive our mission forward,” said Susan Carpenter, President. “Their leadership, experience, and passion for creating opportunity will help us grow our programs and strengthen the community we serve.”

Among the attendees at the RVWA breakfast were the leaders of the Care Camps Foundation, and the RVWA Charitable Foundation. The RV Womens Alliance Charitable Foundation is dedicated to foster education, provide scholarships, develop leaders, and mentor future generations.

The main event at the RVWA breakfast was a special presentation led by Dr. Rachel Lindvall and Bill Coughlin who guided the attendees through an adventure in networking, problem solving, and leadership development, focussing on what people spend effort on, what they want to accomplish, and how to interact with their network to achieve their goals.
